The Shadow Alchemy Journal — A Note from the Founder

There's a moment in shadow work where something shifts.

It's not loud. It's not dramatic. It's just — a question you've never asked yourself before. And suddenly you're sitting with an answer you didn't know you had.

That's what I wanted to build.

The Shadow Alchemy Journal started as a simple idea. What if there was a tool that met you exactly where you are — every single day — and just asked you the right question? No fluff. No toxic positivity. Just honest, intentional prompts that take you a little deeper into yourself.

365 of them.

I've been working on this for a while now. The first draft is finally in my hands and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't emotional about it. This isn't just a journal — it's the product I wish had existed when I first started doing this work. When I was the person who didn't know where to begin, didn't feel safe to feel things, and definitely didn't think healing was something that looked like me.

That's who this is for.

It's for the person who is curious but doesn't know where to start. The person who has been carrying things for years without realising it. The person who is ready — even if they're a little scared.

Shadow work isn't about tearing yourself apart. It's about finally meeting the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.

The Shadow Alchemy Journal is coming soon. If you want early access, get in touch.
