I built 2.0 because I needed it.
I'm Raf. I've been drawn to energy work for around ten years — not through a straight path, but through necessity. As a teenager I experienced deep trauma. I tried what was available, what was recommended, what was supposed to help. For a long time, nothing did.
Then I found Reiki.
I can't fully explain why it worked. What I can tell you is that it did. Something in my body shifted — not overnight, not dramatically, but quietly and for real. I started to feel like I had access to myself again. Like the version of me that existed before everything happened was still in there, and this was a way back to him.
2.0 exists because of that experience. I became a practitioner because I know what it feels like to be running on empty, to have tried everything, to be quietly desperate for something that actually lands. I wanted to create a space that feels nothing like a waiting room and everything like coming home. A space built for everyone — men and women equally. Because healing has no gender, and neither does the need for it.
I work with people who are ready to go deeper — not just to feel better, but to become more themselves. Whether you're carrying something heavy or simply feel disconnected from who you are, you're welcome here.
This is real work. And I'm a real person. Come as you are.
