The Shadow Alchemy Journal, packed and sent by me, Raf, the person who wrote it. UK tracked delivery included.
Inside the box: the Shadow Alchemy Journal (paperback, 534 pages), a 2.0 bookmark, a handwritten note from me, and a scented clay hanger handmade by Anny & Paula Creation. All packed in a black gift box with gold shred, ready to give.
Scented clay diffuser: handmade by Anny & Paula Creation and scented with lavender essential oil. When the scent fades, turn it over and add 2–3 drops of your favourite essential oil to the back. Hang it somewhere you’ll pass often. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from polished wood and fabric, as oils can mark.
365 days of honest prompts, affirmations and quotes, with monthly practices to settle your nervous system first, so going deeper feels safe rather than overwhelming. Undated, so you can start any day.
For anyone ready to meet themselves, and the perfect gift for the man who’s impossible to buy for.
Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK only). Or choose free collection in Ancaster, or pick it up at your Reiki session.
